• Old School Old Bay Shrimp Cocktail
• Scallops with Bacon, Peas, and Mint
• New York Strip Steaks with Brandy Cream Sauce
• Fondant Potatoes
• Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad
• Fried Oreos with Salted Caramel Dipping Sauce and Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream

Class registration is per couple (two people).
