Incorporate easy, healthy, and hearty fall meals into your repertoire with our fun Healthy Cooking series, featuring seasonal foods into menus that work well for weeknights. Menu includes:
- Moroccan Chicken with Lemon, Fennel and Olives
- Red Pepper Couscous
- Brazilian Ham and Black Bean Soup
- Tomato Garlic Toast
- Maple Pear Oat Muffins
Techniques – Working with seasonal ingredients, simple soup, quick breads, quick-cooking pasta.
All adult classes are BYOB/BYOW. Please plan to drink responsibly.
