Below is general information about the types of classes we offer and our policies. To learn about and register for upcoming classes, please take a look at our class calendar page.
Wear comfy, closed toes shoes and come prepared to cook! In our hands-on classes students will break into groups, with each group preparing recipes provided for the evening. Once we’re done, we’ll all sit down for a full meal, so you may want to go easy on what you eat before coming to class.
Unless specifically noted, classes are for ages 16 and older. If your child is under 16 and would like to attend, special permission is required in advance, as is parental attendance.
Class length: 2 to 3 hours
Cost: $50 to $85 per person
Demonstration classes are a great way to be sure you don’t miss a thing. You’ll be able to watch and listen to your chef as she or he prepares fabulous food right in front of you! You won’t miss out on any techniques or steps needed to prepare a great dish. Once the food has been prepared, each student will receive a generous tasting of each recipe prepared. Portions are a bit lighter than in our participation class.
Unless specifically noted, classes are for ages 16 and older. If your child is under 16 and would like to attend, special permission is required in advance.
Class length: 2 to 2-1/2 hours
Price: $40 to $65 per person
Children & Teens Classes & Camps
Children’s and teen classes typically include a short lecture followed by hands-on activities. Be prepared to get a little messy as we’ll be cooking from scratch.
Class length: 1-1/2 to 3 hours
Price: $25 to $48 per person
Registration is a firm commitment to attend the class or series. Due to our limited size, no refunds, transfers, or credits can be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason. With at least 2 hours notice, you may send a friend in your place. No exceptions will be made.
Please see below for specific cancellation policies regarding summer camps.
