Love pho, but want to learn to make it at home? In this class, you’ll learn everything you need to know to make pho (fa) at home in both the traditional and simple ways. Menu includes:

• Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Bo) made simple
• Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup (Pho Ga) made traditionally
• Quick Pickled Carrot and Daikon

Techniques – Traditional chicken pho stock in comparison to a quicker method, quick beef pho stock, garnishes, pickled vegetables as a condiment.
