- Whole Poached Salmon with Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
- Guinness Beef Stew & Mash
- Irish Cabbage & Bacon
- Popovers
- Stoudt Cake with Bailey’s Buttercream
Techniques: Using a pressure cooker, braising proteins, poaching fish, popovers, cooking with beer in desserts.
