- Kale, Brussels Sprouts, and Mushroom Chips
- Mediterranean Cauliflower Crust Pizza
- Salmon with Roasted Vegetables, Olives, and Rosemary
- BBQ Pulled Pork and Slaw Lettuce Wraps
- Strawberry Poppy Seed Bread
Techniques: Working with alternative flours, cauliflower crust, roasting vegetables, making vegetable chips.
