Our two-hour mini classes are a fun way to delve into a single topic in a short amount of time! In this two-hour class, you’ll learn how to create perfect pizza dough at home plus learn to create a perfect, crispy crust without a pizza oven. Forget the red sauce and shredded mozzarella; we have so many fun toppings (caramelized onions & goat cheese anyone?) that it will be hard to choose.
