Let’s make crepes! You’ll learn to prepare perfect crepe batter, both savory and sweet, and start flipping like a pro. Class runs just two hours and includes:
- Spinach, Artichoke, & Brie Crepes
- Nutella S’mores Crepes
Techniques: Preparation of crepe batter, cooking of crepes, browning with a torch.
Instructor: Christine Van Bloem
