Let’s enjoy the bounty of fresh summer herbs in this two hour mini class focused on the ins and outs of working with fresh herbs. Menu includes:
- Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
- Rosemary Summer Vegetable Skewers
- Thyme-Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Techniques: Working with fresh herbs, infusing fresh herbs, uncooked sauces, creme Anglaise.
All adult classes are BYOB/BYOW. If you bring alcohol to enjoy during class, please plan to drink responsibly.
