Let’s cook in this fun Friday night cooking class. We’re focusing on the fun of Maryland, including of course, lots of crab! Menu includes:

• Classic Maryland Crab Dip
• Seared Strip Steak with Old Bay Compound Butter
• Crab Salad Stacks with Avocado, Cucumber, and Tomato
• Parmesan Potato Wedges
• Green Beans in French Vinaigrette
• Blueberry Cake with Luscious Lemon Sauce

Techniques: Searing steaks, vinaigrette, roasting potatoes, compound layered salad, baking cake
