- Whole Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Bearnaise Sauce
- Maryland Baked Crab Dip
- Brown Butter Green Beans with Shallots and Lemon
- Lobster Whipped Potatoes
- Shaved Carrot Salad with Pistachio & Mint
- Chocolate Mousse Tart with Raspberry Coulis
