Here Fishy Fishy (Let’s Cook Fish!)

Learn how to cook fish perfectly…every time! We’ll work with an assortment of fish and shellfish to create a fish-centric feast! Menu includes:

  • Scallops with Celery Root Puree
  • Herbed Fish Fillets in Parchment
  • Salmon Rillette with Crostini
  • Fish Over Roasted Potatoes with Tomatoes and Orange
  • Red Curry Coconut Mussels
