- Moroccan Chicken with Lemon, Fennel and Olives

- Brazilian Ham and Black Bean Soup
- Tomato Garlic Toast
- Maple Pear Oat Muffins
Techniques – Working with seasonal ingredients, simple soup, quick breads, quick-cooking pasta.
