Make room in your busy spring days for a healthy family meal in our popular Healthy Cooking series. You’ll learn to create two healthy meals in a jiffy. Menu includes:
- Jerk Chicken and Pineapple Slaw Wraps
- Creamy Rice with Pigeon Peas
- Italian Herb Pork Tenderloin with Peppers and Zucchini
- Pecorino-Parsley Couscous
- Crisp Wontons with Strawberries and Yogurt
Techniques – Grilling (Inside or Outside), foil packet cooking, utilizing unusual grains and produce, seasonal cooking.
