Make room in your busy spring days for a healthy family meal in our popular Healthy Cooking series. You’ll learn to create two healthy meals in a jiffy. Menu includes:

  • Jerk Chicken and Pineapple Slaw Wraps
  • Creamy Rice with Pigeon Peas
  • Italian Herb Pork Tenderloin with Peppers and Zucchini
  • Pecorino-Parsley Couscous
  • Crisp Wontons with Strawberries and Yogurt

Techniques – Grilling (Inside or Outside), foil packet cooking, utilizing unusual grains and produce, seasonal cooking.

Instructor: Caroline McAllister

All adult classes are BYOB/BYOW. Please plan to drink responsibly.
