Looking for quick, healthy meals for the busy back to school season? We’ve got you covered with our monthly health-focused class with lighter, simple dishes easy enough to whip up on a week night. Menu includes:
- Polenta with Kale, Sausage and Tomato
- Delicata Squash with Orange and Almond
- Salmon Croquettes
- Orzo with Garlicky Spinach
- Roasted Apple Honey Toast
Techniques: Use of seasonal ingredients, menu ideas for late summer produce, croquettes, sauteing leafy greens
