Girls Night Out: Spring Appetizers

Gather the girls, grab a bottle (or two) of wine, and let’s cook! We’re ready for spring with this bright and fabulous menu. Menu includes:
- Lemon-Tarragon Dip with Asparagus and Haricot Vert
- Salmon Rillettes
- Apple-Fennel Salad
- Crab Spring Rolls
- Spring Pea Pesto Crostini with Prosciutto
- Individual Banana Puddings
Techniques: Poaching, tempering eggs, making pesto, using a mandoline, blanching vegetables.
