Fall is the perfect time to include more vegetarian dishes into your dinners, and this luxurious menu is chock full of hearty veg-focused meals. Menu includes:
- Kale and Apple Salad with Candied Pecans
- Butternut Squash and Sage Wontons with Balsamic Dipping Sauce
- Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Vol au Vents (Puffed Pastry Shells)
- Eggplant Involtini with Ricotta and Herbs
- Spinach, Artichoke, and Brie Crepes with Sweet Honey-Olive Oil Sauce
