Spend a fun night in our kitchen, cooking, talking, and laughing together! Our traditional French Bistro menu is sure to please and give you a few new cooking techniques and delicious recipes to recreate at home. Menu includes:
- Fromage Blanc Spread
- Strip Steaks with Bearnaise
- French-Style Tater Tots
- Roasted Asparagus
- Mesclun Salad with French Vinaigrette
- Chocolate Souffle Cake
All adult classes are BYOB/BYOW. Please plan to drink responsibly.
Instructor: Christine Van Bloem
Techniques: Stove-top searing of steaks, homemade tater tots, deep frying, variations on Hollandaise, traditional vinaigrette.
