Ready to take your bread baking to the next level? You’ll learn to create the very best French butter yeast doughs for Croissants and Brioche from scratch in this focused class. From lamination techniques to “turning” the dough, you’ll get the ins and outs of perfect croissants and brioche. Menu includes:

  • Breakfast Croissants
  • Chocolate Croissants
  • Brioche Buns
  • Brioche Sticky Buns
