Beer Brunch (A Flying Dog Brewery Partner Class)

We’ve teamed up with the folks at Flying Dog Brewery again, this time for our first ever Beer Brunch class, featuring:
- Doughnut Holes with Gonzo Caramel Dipping Sauce
- Doggie Style Pale Ale Shrimp & Grits
- Eggs Sardou with The Truth Hollandaise and Hah Brown Potatoes

Techniques: Working with grits, preparing caramel sauce, no knead bread dough, poaching eggs, roasting vegetables, emulsified butter sauce.
