Basic Cheesemaking: Mozzarella & Ricotta

This fall, learn how to create your own creamery…at home! You’ll learn how simple and delicious it is to make fresh cheese in your very own kitchen without tons of special equipment. We’ll start by making fresh ricotta two ways, then move onto mozzarella, from developing and working with the curd to stretching to make it just right. We’ll finish up with a fantastic caprese salad and ricotta & herb bruschetta.
