Baby back, baby back, baby back ribs! We’re working with more than just ribs in this summery bbq-themed class, taking you beyond the grill for dishes you can make without spending hours at the grill! Menu includes:
- Tomato-Bacon Jam, White Cheddar, and Arugula Pizza
- Amarillo Beer-Can Chicken
- Baby Back Ribs with Blueberry Balsamic Barbecue Sauce
- Loaded Baked Potato Salad
- Salted Fudge Brownies with Brown Ale Ice Cream
All adult classes are BYOB/BYOW. Please plan to drink responsibly.

Techniques: pizza dough, cooking beer-can chicken, ice cream making, preparation of barbeque sauce, working with ribs
