Celebrate fall (and Friday!) with Chef Stephanie and learn how to prepare an elegant and delectable menu sure to impress! Menu includes:
- Roasted Beet and Carrot Salad with Aged Gouda and Sunflower Seeds
- White Cheddar-Sage Popovers
- Chicken Fricassee with Mushrooms and Pancetta
- Roasted Garlic Mashed Butternut Squash and Potato
- Braised Swiss Chard with Currants and Pine Nuts
- Caramelized Pear Upside Down Cake with Vanilla Whipped Cream
Techniques: Cooking bitter greens, braising, popovers, upside down cakes, roasting root vegetables
