  • Roasted Beet and Carrot Salad with Aged Gouda and Sunflower Seeds
  • White Cheddar-Sage Popovers
  • Chicken Fricassee with Mushrooms and Pancetta
  • Roasted Garlic Mashed Butternut Squash and Potato
  • Braised Swiss Chard with Currants and Pine Nuts
  • Caramelized Pear Upside Down Cake with Vanilla Whipped Cream

Techniques: Cooking bitter greens, braising, popovers, upside down cakes, roasting root vegetables
