Welcome to The Kitchen Studio Cooking School, where we want you to play with your food!
At The Kitchen Studio Cooking School in Frederick, Maryland, we’re focused on food, fun, and learning. In fact, that’s all we do! Since 2005, we’ve been providing central Maryland and the surrounding region with fun, exciting, and totally delicious cooking classes. Our only priority is teaching you how to up the ante in the kitchen by developing your skills, whether you’re just getting started or feel like you’re almost a pro already. We’re all about the food and showing you a relaxed, playful good time. You’ll want to join us over and over for our unique classes where you are sure to meet some friends, pick up some new kitchen skills and enjoy fabulous food! Our classes are small & BYOB, our instructors really know their stuff and a great time is had by all!

“It was perfect! I watch cooking shows all the time and this class and especially Chris, the instructor was amazing.
I felt at complete ease and comfort as soon as I walked in the door. She made me feel very welcome as if I were walking into my own mother’s kitchen. Along with her and the staff’s friendly atmosphere, when it came down to the actual cooking and learning our main course, Chris was very informative and knowledgeable of her talents. In 2 hours, she showed us a very relaxed method of cooking pizza, which included steps to preparing the dough and any of the provided the fixtures. I felt very free and open to experiment making my pizza. And we all were encouraged to taste each other’s masterpiece pizzas and the results were mouthwatering and spectacular.
