“It was perfect! I watch cooking shows all the time and this class and especially Chris, the instructor was amazing.
I felt at complete ease and comfort as soon as I walked in the door. She made me feel very welcome as if I were walking into my own mother’s kitchen. Along with her and the staff’s friendly atmosphere, when it came down to the actual cooking and learning our main course, Chris was very informative and knowledgeable of her talents. In 2 hours, she showed us a very relaxed method of cooking pizza, which included steps to preparing the dough and any of the provided the fixtures. I felt very free and open to experiment making my pizza. And we all were encouraged to taste each other’s masterpiece pizzas and the results were mouthwatering and spectacular. I can’t wait to take another class.”
